Bug Report – Audio Upload Limit Not Resetting After Deletion

Hi Steve,

I’m experiencing an issue with the audio upload limit on my premium plan. As per the plan’s restrictions, I have a 5-hour upload limit. Currently, my account shows 4.5 hours of uploaded audio. However, after deleting some previous audio files, the uploaded time does not decrease, preventing me from uploading new audio despite freeing up space.

Could you please look into this issue and let me know if there’s a way to reset the uploaded time after deleting files?

Sorry for the confusion. The problem is probably that you need to permanently delete the texts as explained here: How do you delete audio files? - #2 by Steve
