I speak English learning Indonesian. I also speak Romanian, learning German. Now suddenly, German words appear in the Indonesian flashcard list, while before it was only English-Indonesian. Help. Thank you.

One way this could have happened is if you uploaded a German text or used Chrome extension to read a German webpage while Readlang was set to Indonesian as the learning language. In that case, any words you looked up would have been saved as Indonesian words. With context-aware translations enabled, the translations may still have been reasonable, so it’s easy not to notice at the time.
If there aren’t too many of these I would suggest just deleting them, and being mindful of the language that you currently have Readlang set to. Unfortunately there’s no way to change the language of words right now.
I realize that Readlang could do a better job of detecting the language you are reading to try to avoid this happening.
