I cannot skip forward and backward to the beginning of the sentences with these. After clicking them the speaker starts from within the sentence. Is this intentional? I would prefer it to skip to the beginning of a previous or next sentence.
The way these currently work is that within audio files you uploaded they will skip 10s forwards or 10s backwards, and within other texts which you are listening to with synthesized speech they will skip 8 words forwards or backwards. These values were chosen to make it easy to navigate through the audio within a page. Not so long that you are left very far from where you want to be, and not so short that you need to tap too many times.

Thank you for the answer. I would prefer skipping between sentences, but I don’t consider it as an essential feature. So far I am very content with Readlang. Keep it up!
