Webreader does not safe words

Hi,

I hope it is ok to post my problem here. I am using readlang on mobile with the webreader in the chrome extension. My issue is, that since a few days, Readlang does not seem to safe my marked words anymore. It definitely records the reading, and the marked words are translated, but the newly marked words don’t appear in my word list. I tried cleaning the cache and also logging in and out. Other than that, I am kind of at a loss at what to do.

Since I discoverd the site, I really enjoy the service readlang offers, it really has been a valuable addition to my language learning!!

Sorry about this. What version of the Readlang Chrome extension are you using? You can see by copying and pasting chrome://extensions/ into your address bar. I’m testing on the latest released version which is 0.9.25 and I can’t reproduce this error.

Hi Steve, I am not using the extension, sorry if that was not clear. I am using Readlang on the phone, so I go via the bookmark.

The problem still exist for me now, but I found a workaround by importing the text in to Readlang first. Then all the words are saved :).

Thank you for taking the time to test, maybe it is only a me-problem with my settings…
