Urgent: Refund Request for Unintended Annual Subscription

Dear Readlang Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed and a full yearly charge was applied to my account. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this renewal because the email address linked to my account is no longer one I actively use and The system renewed my subscription without even asking if I wanted to renew, and only sent me an email after the renewal was already completed so I did not see any notification emails.

As soon as I realized the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription. However, the payment had already been processed.

I am currently a student, and this unexpected charge is quite significant for me. Since I have not used the service for a long time and canceled the subscription right away after noticing the charge, I kindly ask if it would be possible to issue a refund.

I would really appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.

Please note that Readlang always sends a reminder email 30 days before every annual renewal payment. In your case this was sent on March 19th.
