I recently realized that I was still subscribed to Readlang, even though I haven’t been using the service. Unfortunately, the payment just went through before I noticed. As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription but it was already too late.
Since I won’t be using the service for the moment, I was hoping it might be possible to receive a refund for this payment.
