Dear Readlang stuff, I have a problem, looks like the renewal service was active and today my visa card was charged for $6. I am not using this service any more, I do not need this subscription, Please help me to refund my money. Contact menu is not working on the site.
I’ve just had a look and noticed that the link to this feedback forum at the bottom of the About page was broken so I’ve just fixed that. If you are referring to something else please let me know!

Hello I paid for premium service on 4th November. I can’t access this service, when I sign in it says I only have the free service and can sign up for premium. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem at your end . Can you help me to resolve this please. Thank you Christina
Hi Christina. I’ve just had a look and it appears that you have Readlang accounts under two different email addresses, and the premium one is registered with the other email address. I’ve just emailed you with more details.
