Recently the reader has been pretty slow for me, not sure why exactly, it struggles to translate the text , often doesn’t play the audio and also realigns the lines if it’s near the bottom of the page and just disappears. Would deleting uploads help it run better maybe? Appreciate any advice from anyone experiencing the same thing.
Sorry about this. I’m not sure what’s going on. Slowness translating is most likely to be due to a slow network connection, and that might also explain not playing audio if the audio is either an attached mp3 file or a server generated text-to-speech voice. I don’t think it would explain “realigning the lines near the bottom and just disappears”, if you could provide more information about that it might be helpful. Deleting uploads is not likely to help.
If anyone else has similar issues please let me know.
I noticed the “realigning the lines near the bottom” issue as well, when I translated a word in the last line of the page.
Ah it may be the connection I suppose.
In regards to the realignment issue. when I try to translate a word that happens to be near the bottom of the text because the translation moves all the text it sometimes causes it to move onto the next page, but if I then move to that next page it doesn’t remain highlighted, so I have to re highlight it. I’ve tried different formats like the speech bubble format which seems to be less disruptive with realigning the text but because I can’t move said speech bubble it can sometimes block sentences .
