Good afternoon, today I was charged for 6$ for the auto-renewal subscription and I did not use the service. I am requesting a refund, because I could not find any place where I can apply for it.

I had a year membership on one of my accounts I have canceled it and deleted the account but I was still charged. For 48 dollars on my credit card. Could I please get a refund as I did not want to have another year of access.

Update: I just found out the account was still online and the subscription was not cancelled. I’m sorry to be a pain but is any chance of stopping the access and getting a refund as I have not used this service in months. I have cancelled the auto renewal now. It was on my other account.
