Hello - …and sorry, didn’t want to post this in a public form, but you don’t have any contact information and every email I have tried has bounced (hence why I put this in ‘bugs’ - it’s a bug that I can’t contact support without a public declaration). I didn’t know this was about to renew - I’m not using it - can I please get a refund? This has caused financial challenge on my end because I didn’t know the payment was coming out. Please cancel and refund. THANK YOU!! I’m sure it’s a fabulous tool, but I had no idea you were going to take money out of my account and sincerely request a refund and cancellation. Thanks.
