I’ve been using Readlang for a couple of days. It’s truly a game changer for me to kick off my Spanish reading journey. I found the uploaded text words count is amazing which makes my reading progress tangible and measurable.
But last two days, what I read on imported texts doesn’t reflect on the day streak (word counts). Yesterday I read around 5000 word, Readlang only counted few hundreds. Today I read 1000 ish words, nothing shows on my Day streak.
That’s very strange. Did you read these texts within the reader page on readlang.com? Note that Readlang will time how long it takes you to flip to the next page and if it seems that you flipped quickly before having time to read the text then the words may not be counted. Not sure if that’s what was going on in your case though. After progressing to the next page, you should notice the circle around the streak indicator at the top of the page fill up until you’ve reached the daily goal:
