It’s after 6pm on Sunday, March 9th in California as I write this. My practice tab still seems to think that it is Saturday, as far as the statistics graph. The number of cards shown for Saturday seems to include those that I have done today (Sunday 3/9), plus some late yesterday (Saturday 3/8).
Perhaps relevant is that most of the US changed its clocks forward last night.
The home tab seems correct or roughly correct. At least it shows that it is Sunday.
Sorry about this! I’ve just simplified and improved some of the timezone code. It might fix these issues but I’m not completely sure. Please let me know if you notice this or any other such timezone problems. These can be a blind spot for me since I’m based only 1 hour away from GMT time and rarely test from other timezones.
I’ve set a reminder in my calendar to get up at 2am, 30th March when daylight savings starts in Spain to check if everything is working properly in the period immediately before and after the change over here.
Thanks for looking at this, Steve! Now the Practice page looks good to me, but the home page stats (which looked OK before) now look wonky. As I write this it is 11:10am Monday, but ReadLang home shows a Tuesday slot already:

A number of related bugs have come and gone in the last day (including it losing my 433 streak because I supposedly didn’t practice on Sunday (although I did)…and then offering me to patch it up.
Ok. Now my Sunday practice on both Blitz and reading is back…but it is not showing my Blitz practice for today, at all (I already had 50 words today). So I JUST did another 25 words in Blitz…and it doesn’t show that, either, in the …oh, wait.
Now it shows my reading from 30 minutes ago in Monday, but my Blitz practice is shown as being Tuesday…TOMORROW. (it is 8:34pm Monday PST). And, on that same home screen, it shows at top I have a “0” streak … but below it says I have 433 days.

Can you please refresh your Readlang tab to see if that resolves it. There was a bug which could have caused this which was live for a couple of hours yesterday so if your tab was opened then, then that that could explain it. It’s also very possible that there are still bugs since the timezone handling code is a bit tricky to deal with at the moment. Please let me know.
It appears things still aren’t right. For at least the last couple days the stats on the practice tab show no Sunday:
I don’t really care about this anymore. I cared when it didn’t seem to be tracking my current day’s activity. Now that it’s days ago and will be off the screen in a few more days, I don’t care. I’m just posting in case it’s useful for you to see how the current time zone code shows up for me.
This should now be fixed, although you’ll have to wait until March 2026 when you switch to DST again to let me know if it’s worked for you! (Assuming you still have daylight savings time next year that is)
