Payment processed without premium plan activation

Despite having paid on the 28th of april and my purchase screen stating that I’d have 1 extra free day, my account does not have premium.

Additionally, if my card details were saved I want them deleted and any sort of renewal stopped.

Very sorry about that. I’m not sure what went wrong. I’ve applied a year of premium access to your account starting from today and have cancelled your auto-renewals and deleted your credit card details from Stripe (the payment provider).
