never mind. i just realize that somehow my language had been reset to spanish (default?)–not by me. when i changed it back to russian, everything reappeared. yay!

Sorry for the scare. One way this could happen is that you opened a link to a Spanish text in Readlang which will switch your learning language.
no worries, steve. i LOVE this program. might have somehow been related to my new VPN. i live in russia and they keep killing my VPNs and i keep needing to get new ones. it might’ve somehow seen me as a new user even with same login.
