I have uploaded a mp3 audio and Readlang has generated a transcript but when I go to play the audio, when I click on the play icon, nothing happens, other than the icon changing to the rotating / spinning dots. No audio plays.

Steve, I just uploaded a new mp3 audio and after the website transcribed it, it works, so any mp3 already uploaded does not work and will need to be re-uploaded.

Already uploaded mp3s before this issue started should work. It’s possible that mp3 files uploaded during this issue may have been affected. If there are mp3 files already uploaded to Readlang which aren’t working for you, please message me and share the Readlang links so I can investigate.
