Library section showing blank (BOOX Device)

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Library section.

  • Device: BOOX Go 10.3 (e-ink / Android 12)

  • Access: Native browser and home screen shortcut

  • Issue: In the Library section, the list of texts is visible However, when selecting any contents (My Texts or Public Texts), the content does not load and shows a blank screen.

  • History: Everything was working normally until yesterday. The issue started suddenly with no changes on my side. Other sections (Practice, Word List) are working as usual

  • Pictures are attached

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Just a note I am still waiting on a fix. It’s very hard to go back to a non e-ink device :slight_smile:

Oh! I’ll have to wait too:) and yes, once you go e-ink, it’s so hard to go back to anything else!

instead of the native web browser, I tried readlang.com through Chrome → installed the app, and it works great.

Reinstalling the app worked for me as well. Earlier, I installed the app (PWA) using Firefox and the app (PWA) broke after the recent changes. Visiting readlang over the browser surprisingly works and reinstall (PWA) also works.
