I'm having a problem with audio

Hi Readlang Team,

I’m having a problem with audio playback. Specifically, when I try to play the audio from a text that I created by importing an audio file, the play button just shows a loading circle and never starts. Because of this, I’m unable to study today. Could you please look into this issue?

Also, I’m currently a monthly Plus user and I plan to buy the 1-year Premium subscription next. Do you have any discount coupons available for the annual plan?
