My credit card expired.
I can’t find an option in settings to update payment method.
The only way to do this right now is to:
- Go to the account page
- Click the “Cancel Subscription” button
- Use the “Plan” dropdown list to select which plan you’d like to re-subscribe for.
Don’t worry, all the days you’ve already paid for on your current subscription will remain active and a free trial will be applied to the new subscription so that it starts on the day that your current subscription ends.
Eventually I plan to add a simpler “Change Payment Method” option which doesn’t require this convoluted method of cancelling and resubscribing.
