PS. The problem was with pre-existing profile in Readlang.
From the message, it sounds like there’s already a Readlang account linked to the email address you were trying to use. Perhaps you already created an account using that email address? If so you could try logging out and logging back in using that email address, and if you can’t remember your password, click the “Reset password” link.
