Having previously imported successfully, what happens now - in all browsers - is that I get the message importing … and then nothing happens. Eventually I get the error: Error communicating with server (504). I couldn’t find this issue in the forum, although it may be here somewhere,
Sorry about this. Can you please let me know exactly what you are importing. If it’s a specific epub or mp3 file, please feel free to email it to me at steve@readlang.com and I’ll investigate.
So it turns I can successfully copy and paste the contents of a spreadsheet, and I can work with with that going forward.
Thanks
Glen
I’m experiencing this today after successfully creating a short text to study by copying it into the dialog box. I was able to work with the text despite the error messages – until I quite in the middle of some flashcards in order to refer to the original text.
Now my lesson has disapeared. Now no matter where I seem to navigate to - independent of browser (Chrome or Firefox on my Macbook M3 Air), I keep getting the error (shown below). Choosing to reload the page seems to work for a very short while.
I did figure out where my text went – landed in the completed list, so that’s not an issue.
