Is there a way to show the full translation for the passage? If there is is it premium only or does it exist somewhere in the free version and I’m just missing it?

There isn’t such a feature right now. Readlang was designed for people who already have some grounding in the language and want help with individual new words or phrases. That said, I think translations of whole sentences might be nice to offer, I’m just not sure how the interface should work, and on top of that the code for the reader page is already quite complex so it’s hard to make changes like this without about introducing bugs, so to do it well would be tricky.
