Feature Request: Word-by-word audio navigation/rewind (instead of just phrase-by-phrase)

Hello everyone,

First of all, I want to say that Readlang is incredible. I don’t think there is any other tool out there that does what you do—importing audio, beautifully extracting the text, and highlighting words sequentially in perfect sync with the pronunciation. It’s amazing!

However, I have a feature request that would make it perfect. Currently, we can only skip or rewind phrase-by-phrase. I recently uploaded an audiobook, and when a specific word in the middle of a sentence is spoken too fast, I want to go back and check/reinforce just that single word.

Right now, because I have to rewind the entire phrase, by the time the audio reaches that fast word again, it’s still too quick to catch. This forces me into a tiring, time-consuming loop of repeating the whole sentence just for one word, which takes away from the overall usefulness of the feature.

Could you please add an option for word-by-word navigation/rewind, rather than just phrase-level? It would save so much time and effort for language learners.

Thank you so much for this great tool, and I really hope to see this update soon!
