Does anyone have a good experience using Readlang on an ereader? If so, will you share which models have worked well?

Not a good experience on my Kindle Paperwhite 11th generation (I think… purchased in 2022)
Thanks. I’m in the market for a Boox device—either the Palma 2 or its newest iteration that comes out at the end of the year.
Curious to know how the experience is on a new Boox device. For the record, I’m only interested in using Readlang to read, including the use of the “explain” feature.
I use Readlang on a Boox Go 7 color device specifically for this purpose. In my opinion, it works quite well.

The Boox Go 7 B&W is amazing. Also the Palma 2 (BW).
If Steve would add an option to eliminate background color not only on the reader pages but also for example on the dashboard page, it would be even more amazing
