Context is missing when practicing

I’m running into an issue where the context is always missing whenever I change the word. If the word is not found in the context, it won’t show the context when practicing. This is a bit of an issue when you’re studying words in languages where words change depending on their grammatical structure.

For example:

In Greek the word “το φίλτρο” means filter or elixir. However, in the genitive case this becomes “των φίλτρων”. When learning, I’m only writing down the nominative case, but I’d still like to see the example sentence that could be in a different case.

Is there a way to make this work? Thank you in advance!
