I haven’t signed up to Premium yet and I would like to but would also like to know the actual Cancellation/Refund Policy before I do. I cannot find anywhere on the website where the policy is. Help please.
It’s very easy to cancel your auto-renewals at any time from the account page
I don’t have an official refund policy but in practice I normally refund people if they aren’t happy with the service. But the free plan is quite generous so you should get a good idea of what the product is before you pay (there are exceptions, the most notable being the context-aware translations). I would suggest if you’re not sure, please pick the monthly plan at first so that if you do ask for a refund, it is less expensive for Readlang. (When Readlang issues a refund, it loses both transaction and currency conversion fees, which are greater with the more expensive yearly plans)
