I want to cancel my subscription. It seems to be impossible and also impossible to contact support. It is not my desire to escalate my case to the BBB or other agencies however I deserve to have this addressed. Has anyone else had this problem. There is no means to cancel under my premium subscription tab or otherwise
Just as someone else said on your other thread here, it looks like you have already “canceled” it - you have premium selected, but it says autorenewal is disabled. So you’ll retain your premium perks until your subscription runs out, then your account will revert to free and you won’t be charged anything.

@Michael6 What Praeshock says here is correct, you’ve already cancelled your auto renewals so no more payment will be taken.
