Can someone explain how to add bullets when editing text?
Sorry but there’s no special code to add bullet points. The markup used by Readlang is fairly limited, you can read about it here: Readlang text markup - Readlang Blog
I would just use hyphens for bullet points, although you could also paste this unicode character into your text in order to use circular bullet points:
