The extension is not loading this morning

First I get a new dialog asking for permission for the site to leave the site but the extension only shows the unhappy face in a grey bar.
Sorry about that. I published an update which accidentally broke the extension. I’ve rolled back to the previous version to fix it but you may need to close Chrome and reopen it for this to work. Alternatively, I think it should work to click Manage Extensions here:
and then click this Update button:
