Sorry for the late reply. Is this still not working for you? Please let me know some more details:
- what text(s) exactly?
- do they have mp3 files that you uploaded or are you using the Read Aloud audio or are they YouTube linked videos?
- what browser are you using?
- anything else you think might be relevant
