Ami - Written Conversation not resetting

I’m have been unable to use the Written Conversation feature for several days. The web shows “You’ve reached your 2 chats per day limit” even though the counter should reset daily.

Please advise. Happy to provide account details if needed.

Update: Now getting an error message instead of the chat interface — and each failed attempt still counts against the daily limit. See screenshot above.

Sorry about the delay responding. I’ve tried to replicate this error on your account but haven’t been able to. Is this still happening for you?

Hi Steve, I was able to use the feature again today without any issues. It had been blocked for a days for some reason, but it seems to be working normally again now. Thanks for looking into it.
