I previously mentioned that the AI refinment feature would sometimes be overly helpful and fix the text in a way that changes the transcription of the video (which is not good for YouTube content).
The prompt above has been helpful. Sharing for other folks to try or possibly even add as an option to the current presets.
Thanks for the suggestion. I was testing this on some newly imported YouTube videos and the problem is that most of the transcripts were pretty good without any fixes, and so running it through “AI Refine” with this prompt actually made it a bit worse (e.g. replacing or removing words which may have been an improvement in pure text form, but which then made it deviate from the what was spoken in the video). Can you please provide one or two examples of YouTube videos which, after importing, are improved by running them through this prompt. Thanks!
This might be a problem for Korean auto-generated transcripts specifically.
