Hi! I’m so sorry but I paid for the wrong subscription! I meant to only pay 4$ for the 1 month subscription but ended up paying for the whole year which I cannot afford in any way. I have already cancelled the subscription but is there any way I can be refunded this whole amount or at least convert this to a monthly subscription and refund 11 months worth of payment? Please help!
